AI Writes 'Personalized' Cold Outreach Message

I recently found an AI 'agent' bot writes a cold outreach message to a linkedin member based on the profiles of you and the receipient.

It did ok, but not fantastic, like most AI bots. What I love about it that it scans recent posts and updates, not just profiles. I like how it created three options to choose from.

It's called LinkedIn FirstDraftAI developed by @makewithmohit

The App's Developers' intro to this app:

"The agent is a smart tool designed to streamline personalized outreach by analyzing both your profile and your prospect's profile. It scrapes recent posts, updates, and shared content from the prospect’s profile to craft a tailored first message. Using AI, it identifies shared interests, relevant achievements, or potential conversation starters to create a compelling and professional introduction. This tool ensures your outreach feels genuine and personalized, improving your chances of building meaningful connections, whether for networking, sales, or collaborations. It's ideal for professionals seeking to save time while maintaining the quality of their interactions."

What I don't like about this bot is that I can't revise the message and offer feedback, like some of the LLMs (large language models) like ChatGPT can do.

Another tool that may be helpful here is Talking Points at a Networking Event, which creates 3 conversation starters for someone who has a LinkedIn profile. This bot doesn't analyze posts and updates, only profiles. Just remember, some profiles are out of date and asking 'What have you been working on recently?' can be a great way to start a conversation.
